Upfront payments and payment plans express full commitment. This is to respect our commitment to you, the work we do in preparation for your session, and to hold you accountable to your own success.

Payment Plan Agreements


TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT

The money (detailed on your transaction and receipt) will be paid in a series of payments, via your credit/debit card, as outlined in your transaction, and the specific terms of the agreement. By purchasing a product with payment plan terms, you hereby authorize Deep Mind Programming Co. to charge these instalments to your credit card and further understand and agree: that this payment, including the initial instalment is non-refundable, irrespective of the Agree to Pay agreement having been signed; not to dispute this charge under any circumstance or in any manner with your bank or any merchant processor; and, that your purchase is subject to the Company’s terms and conditions.


In the event of default of the agreed repayment terms, you accept liability for all costs incurred by Deep Mind Programming Co. in recovery due to your breach of the agreed repayment terms. Such costs may include, but not be limited to, a Letter Before Action, Debt Collection Agents fees, Interest and Late Payment Compensation per Invoice of $60.00. You also acknowledge and agree that a default in payment shall result in the suspension of your access to the course until your account is made current.


Payments
You agree to pay any applicable surcharge on payments made by credit card.


Unless otherwise stated, all amounts shown on our website are in US dollars. The currency and amount will be displayed before you make your payment. We do not store your financial information on our platform. Our third party service provider, Stripe, will store your details and will use these details for each successive billing period. We guarantee private in-office and online sessions due to inherent uncertainties and the impossibility of reversing time. This eases your journey with us, recognizing our deeper understanding of our work. However, you must assume responsibility for potential missteps.


A refund typically ends the hypnotist-client relationship. To avoid this, be open during intake, align expectations with the treatment plan, focus on success, recognize your role in change, and view our refund policy as a last resort.


At our discretion, we may repeat a session at no extra cost, contingent on a qualifying complaint meeting the above criteria.


Payers not directly receiving hypnosis should consider fees non-refundable. Refund requests are accepted only from clients or their legal guardians.


Recorded sessions are non-refundable due to their online availability, pre-outline, and editability. A recording will reflect your expectations based on available information.


Group sessions, classes, and workshops are generally non-refundable, except for prepaid cancellations due to illness.


Products follow their own refund policies, outlined at the point of sale.
